I know you’re a former trainer, so I’d love to hear any tips for easing back into TA post partum. I’m a streamer (one drawback of being in the Hudson Valley), so I’m trying to self pace back into the routine once I’m cleared!

Perks of being a streamer is that you have access to starter and beginner. Ease in slowly! Personally, I won't wear ankle weights the first couple of weeks. And please no abs!! Make sure you get checked for separation at your 6 week appt!

I’m 6 weeks postpartum and seriously can’t wait to access my wardrobe. It’s painful to look and not be able to wear!!

It's torture- but how exciting once we have full access again!

You should definitely give the ACOTAR book series a try! I haven't read fourth wing but my friends that have, liked ACOTAR more.

I would love to hear what you’re buying at Hermes in between bags. I got my first Birkin a few months ago, and now I want a Kelly, but there’s honestly not that much I’m interested in buying at the moment. Shoes, a few scarves, but that won’t get me the Kelly!

I wouldn't force anything! I think they have really beautiful ready to wear pieces. Jackets- specifically! Fuzzy orans are always a good purchase. Mugs, a teapot. But you really just have to be patient and buy what you love! With Hermes you have to be in it because you love it!

So true!! Trying to take this one slower because I went wild and got my birkin in three months 😂 I really want fuzzy orans. Good idea!!
